A Place to Call Our Own: The Next Chapter for Westbrooks Brewery

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: after three incredible years of contract brewing in Bury St Edmunds, Westbrooks Brewery is opening our very own brewery in February 2026.

This is a huge milestone for us, and we can’t wait to bring you even better beer, brewed in our state-of-the-art facility right next to our current cold store at Grange Farm, Manningtree, in the heart of North Essex.

What this means for our customers:

Better beer: With full control over every step of the brewing process, we can craft our beers with even greater precision, flavour, and creativity.

Lower prices: Brewing in-house means we can pass the savings on to our customers, making favourite brews even more affordable.

More variety: Expect an expanded lineup of bold, innovative beers, including seasonal brews and limited-edition runs. Always low carb and gluten free.

More of our beer in local pubs: Production limits have kept us from supplying as many pubs as we’d like, but not for long. You’ll soon be able to find our beer pouring in even more of your favourite locals!

We’re pouring our heart and soul into this next chapter, and we’d love you to be part of the journey. Stay tuned for updates as building work kicks off next week, we’ll be sharing plenty of progress along the way.
