We’ve taken the elegant soul of a traditional Helles and gently kissed it with the vibrant, sun-drenched hop fields of the American Pacific. This West Coast Helles delicately balances Yakima Valley’s Cashmere and Centennial hops for a subtle, bright aroma.

Beneath this soft hop layer lies a premium malt bill: local Lager Malt and Maris Otter, all grown in the vicinity of our brewery. Crisp, clean, it’s a local legend with a global soul.
